1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on phlink and accessing any part of the platform — including the game lobby, slot games, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, or any other feature — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

phlink requires identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID. Documents will be reviewed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device.
• Account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phlink are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine bank transfer, Philippine online banking, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. phlink does not accept cryptocurrency or credit cards as payment methods for gaming transactions.

Funds deposited into your phlink account are held for the purpose of gaming activity only. phlink does not pay interest on any account balance. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and may be subject to processing times determined by the chosen payment method.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name.
• phlink reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending identity verification.
• Any attempt to deposit or withdraw using methods not officially supported may result in delays or rejection.

5 Platform Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the phlink platform for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or games.
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using VPNs or other methods to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phlink support staff or other users.

phlink monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate and take action on any account suspected of violating these terms, including cooperation with law enforcement authorities where required.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

Attempting to abuse or circumvent promotional terms — including using multiple accounts to claim an offer more than once — is a violation of these terms and may result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and account suspension.
